Pricing and Availability

Whilst we are currently working on ways to reduce costs to you, the client, we are unfortunately unable to offer a reduced charge due to running costs. We are in talks with various charities and organisations and hope to offer a subsidary or reduction of fees in the future.

Traditional Therapy, both in-person and online:
£60 per 50 minutes.

TTRPG Therapy, both in-person and online:
£60 per 50 minutes.

Pre-paid bulk sessions are available at 10% off single sessions, minimum booking of 4 sessions.

Sunday Rates:
To be confirmed.

3 Person Campaign, (per player):
£40 per 2 hours.

How to book
For first time clients, contact us with your availability preferences and we will arrange an initial assessment where you will be given a client reference number. Then we will confirm your appointment date and forward on payment details due within 48 hours.
For existing clients, the next session will be arranged at the end of the current session and payment will be due withing 48 hours.

Why 50 minutes?
A counselling hour consists of a 50 minute session allowing 10 minutes between session, to complete notes and freshen up.

Current session availability
Face-to-face and Online Sessions:
8.00am to 2.00pm, 3.00pm to 5.00pm - Monday.
8.00am to 5.00pm - Monday.
9.30am to 1.30pm - Thursday and Friday.
11.00am to 5pm - Sunday (sessions are currently under review, depending on demand).
These are conducted face-to-face in our office on Cloth Market, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1EE, or Online.

3 Player Campaigns:
6.30pm to 8.30pm - Monday and Tuesday.
These are hosted at Clubhouse, 56 Close, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3RJ.
